Customer Service Specialist — Spirit Central / Kidz Central

Spirit Central / Kidz Central is looking for a friendly, reliable, and upbeat Customer Service Specialist to join our fun-loving team!
We’re a vibrant hub for cheerleading, tumbling, dance, preschool programs, birthday parties, and family events — and we’re proud of our welcoming, energetic atmosphere. Our front desk team sets the tone for every family who walks through our doors!
What You’ll Do
- Greet students, parents, and guests with genuine enthusiasm and a smile.
- Be the go-to resource for information about programs, schedules, and events.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with enrollments and payments.
- Help coordinate birthday parties and special events with our program staff.
- Keep the front area organized, upbeat, and on-brand.
- Assist with light social media posting and Pro Shop sales.
- Support coaches and management as needed to keep things running smoothly.
Who You Are
- Outgoing, positive, and comfortable talking with people of all ages.
- Dependable — you show up when scheduled and follow through.
- A team player who enjoys working in a friendly, family-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with solid multitasking skills.
- Professional in appearance and communication.
- Experience in customer service or front-desk work preferred (bonus if you’ve worked in youth programs, fitness, or events).
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Schedule & Availability - 2–3 weekday evenings (including Fridays) and 1 weekend day required.
- Part-time position with potential to grow.
