We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from pre‐construction through closeout. This is a key role supporting our continued responsible and steady growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Be involved in pre‐construction and develop project schedules
- Review, qualify, and negotiate subcontractor proposals
- Draft subcontracts and manage change orders
- Collaborate with accounting to process monthly requisitions
- Maintain and update schedules using Microsoft Project
- Manage all day‐to‐day project communications and coordination
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Sage 300 (Timberline), Microsoft Project, Fieldwire and construction-related software
- Strong estimating skills and experience developing subcontractor scopes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional, team-oriented, and highly self-motivated
