Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a licensed School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services within a high school setting in Springfield, MA. The position is a contract role for the full school year (CSY) and involves working with students across grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and administration to support student academic and emotional development
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies and state regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License is required
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations, preferably in a high school environment
  • Strong knowledge of psychological testing, special education laws, and counseling techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Position Details:

  • Location: Springfield, MA
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Contract length: Full school year (CSY)
