As a Project Manager, you will oversee high-impact deliveries across CCC, driving cross-functional collaboration, effective risk management and strong stakeholder engagement. You will play a key role in advancing strategic, operational and technology solutions as well as supporting product research and implementation. This is a hybrid position working from our Danvers, MA headquarters.

What you will be doing: 

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop scope, estimate and implement solutions while minimizing risk and ensuring business alignment.
  • Project & Program Management: Define scope, objectives and deliverables; create detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams; delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure delivery in line with PMI, enterprise, or lean-agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate effective meetings, communicate complex topics clearly, deliver project updates and prepare reports for stakeholders and executives.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure projects meet organizational standards for quality and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement, optimize methodologies and lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Actively support the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) initiatives, contributing to the advancement of enterprise project management practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management.
  • Proven leadership, communication and analytical problem-solving abilities; Experience in managing multiple, concurrent, complex projects in a dynamic environment and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Trello), Google Workspace and MS365/Teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Lean, Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Exposure to SAFe is a plus.
  • PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 Agile, or an equivalent PM Certification
