Shift of the Facilities Maintenance Technician:
Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay Rate of the Facilities Maintenace Technician:
$25.00/hr

Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• Adjust time clocks at all buildings and perform fire extinguisher inspections.
• Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures throughout all buildings.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations of new equipment and moving existing machines.
• Participate in future projects including building new facilities and adding equipment.

Qualifications of the Facilities Maintenance Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of hand-held mechanical and powered tools, HVAC machinery, and test equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse groups and on various project teams.
• Demonstrated high attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
