Job Title: CSR Planner
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 7:30am to 4pm
Location: Foxboro, MA 02035
Pay Rate: $27.00/Hour on W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer order entries and assign tasks to team members.
- Interpret customer requests and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Accurately and efficiently handle all customer complaints and inquiries, including status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries.
- Perform order processing, error handling, and maintenance functions for both order-based and proposal-based orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product selection, order placement, delivery schedules, and expediting.
- Proactively solve problems during customer interactions, resulting in positive feedback and improved relationships.
- Provide product information, including technical details when necessary.
- Utilize and maintain information in systems such as SAP, Quote to Cash, Intranet, Buy Automation, Extranet, Shared Drives, and External Accounts Websites.
- Interface with internal teams including manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and support leadership opportunities within the team.
Qualifications:
- No degree required.
- Experience with Sales Force is preferred.
- Fast learner with the ability to prioritize work, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mediation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships internally and externally.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
- Experience with standard business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel periodically for training opportunities.
