Facilities Assistant
Triumph supports the education, well-being and self-sufficiency of
young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties and tasks that ensure the safety and well-being of children, families, and staff at Triumph buildings and grounds by complying with all state and federal regulations
- Perform and carry out cleaning schedule to ensure Triumph buildings, vehicles, and grounds are clean, neat, safe and meet all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Includes daily cleaning and disinfecting of all classrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, offices, common areas, etc.
- Grounds upkeep to include snow removal, landscaping, cleaning parking lot, and ensuring playground safety
- Serve as essential emergency personnel during emergencies and/or weather-related closings
Requirements:
- Assist the Facilities Supervisor with completing building projects at all Triumph centers.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with all contractors and vendors of Triumph
- Assume duties of the Facilities Supervisor as assigned in their absence.
- Ability to use various tools, materials, equipment, and methods common to cleaning and maintaining an orderly and functional environment of learning
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass EEC criminal background check
- High School Diploma or GED/Hi-Set preferred.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range between $20.15 - $25.71/hr. dependent on experience

Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week; 52 weeks per year
