What You'll Do
- Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects.
- Oversee site logistics and daily project schedules, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to maintain transparency and resolve issues.
- Perform high-quality installations, ensuring all work meets specifications and exceeds client expectations.
- Manage punch lists and ensure all final details are completed to the highest standard.
- Enforce job site safety and mentor team members on safety procedures and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Experience in high-end residential remodeling is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must own a complete set of tools and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to craftsmanship.
