We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Support team member to join our manufacturing company in New Bedford. This role combines customer support, data entry, and order management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales department with customer inquiries and quotes.
• Process sales orders, ensuring timely order acknowledgment, tracking, and invoicing using CRM and ERP systems.
• Review and update sales orders based on customer purchase orders and change requests.
• Create and maintain accurate customer accounts and information.
• Perform general data entry and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technical setting.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ERP system experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Outgoing personality, with initiative to reach out to customers when needed.
• Strong work ethic; candidates should demonstrate job stability and commitment.

Hours & Pay:

• Monday through Friday, start between 8:00–9:00 AM; end 4:30–5:30 PM.
• Pay up to low–mid $20s/hour, depending on experience.
