Perform duties as detailed in work orders assigned by supervisor to include (but not limited to):
- Receive exhibits and related materials at dock, inventory, and store in assigned warehouse area.
- Work with Account Managers to ensure proper inventory for entry into ExhibitForce system.
- Properly prepare shipping labels and Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments.
- Pack and load materials on trucks for outgoing shipments.
- Count, inspect, and verify shipments to maintain accuracy.
- Pull/prep exhibit and fulfillment materials for shipment to trade shows and events.
- Check-in exhibit and fulfillment materials upon return from events and perform inspection and inventory of all materials.
- Perform maintenance/repairs on exhibits to ensure they are in working order.
- Set-up exhibits of all sizes for client preview and dismantle/pack exhibits for outbound shipment.
- Work with clients as needed to provide set-up/dismantle/packing training.
- Travel to supervise or perform install/dismantle of client exhibits at events.
- Ensure client storage areas and warehouse is kept neat and orderly.
