Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to support an overnight commercial build-out project. Candidates must have strong commercial electrical experience, be reliable for night-shift work, and demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on commercial job sites
- Run and install conduit (EMT, rigid, etc.), pull wire, and make terminations
- Install lighting systems, panels, switches, receptacles, and other electrical devices
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes
- Collaborate with other trades and follow direction from supervisors/foremen
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Adhere to all site-specific safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams
- Proficient in bending conduit, pulling wire, and making terminations
- Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable commercial electrical codes
- Must have own basic hand tools and PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance—especially for overnight hours
- Valid electrician license (if required by state)
Preferred:
- Experience working on build-outs, tenant improvements, or ground-up commercial projects
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to lead apprentices or small crews
