Role Overview
A locally owned and operated, industry-leading disaster cleanup and restoration organization serving the greater metro and surrounding regions is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced restoration and rebuild environment and can successfully manage projects from initial assessment through final completion.
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing scopes of work, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and customer relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes and a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service during challenging situations for property owners.
Desired Experience & Skills
- General Contractor’s License preferred (state-specific licensing a plus)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and claims-driven projects
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate math and estimating skills
- Experience with estimating software preferred
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
