Eminence Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team!
As a PCA, you will provide crucial support to our clients, assisting them with their daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and dignity. Your role will improve their quality of life and enhance their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help clients with mobility and safely assist them in transferring between locations.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to help maintain clients' mental wellness.
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients are nourished.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to create a tidy and safe environment for clients.

Requirements
- Experience as a Personal Care Aide or in a similar caregiving role is highly preferred.
- Strong compassion and empathy towards clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Dependability and commitment to punctuality.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Willingness to pass background checks and provide health documentation as required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
