Key Responsibilities

Develop and close commercial fence opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with GCs, municipalities, property managers, and commercial clients

Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages

Manage a strong sales pipeline

Meet revenue goals and drive market expansion

Represent Colonial Fence with professionalism, integrity, and confidence
Who You Are

5+ years of commercial fence sales experience required

Proven track record of closing high-value commercial projects

Strong understanding of commercial estimating, RFPs, and bid processes

Competitive, motivated, and hunter-minded

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
