The Regional Branch Administrator provides leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for multiple credit union branch locations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving consistent member experience, financial performance, operational excellence, and people development across all branches in the region. The Regional Branch Administrator serves as a coach and mentor to Branch Managers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, policies, and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers to build high-performing, engaged teams.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, goal alignment, and leadership development.
- Support talent planning, succession planning, and internal career progression.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality member experience across all locations.
- Analyze member feedback, service metrics, and operational data to drive improvements.
- Support branch-level efforts to grow membership, deepen relationships, and increase product adoption.
- Partner with Marketing, Lending, and Business Development teams on regional initiatives.
- Ensure consistent execution of branch operating procedures, controls, and service standards.
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards.
- Identify operational risks and partner with branch leaders to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure branches are audit-ready and support remediation efforts when necessary.
- Monitor branch performance against key metrics including growth, service, productivity, and efficiency.
- Analyze trends and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Support budgeting, staffing models, and resource allocation across the region.
- Ensure branches meet or exceed organizational goals while managing expense control.
- Lead change management efforts for new products, systems, processes, or mergers.
- Serve as a liaison between branch teams and executive leadership, communicating priorities and feedback.
- Represent the credit union in community, industry, and leadership forums as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–7 years of branch or retail financial services experience.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Credit union experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, compliance, and risk management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop leaders.
- Data-driven decision-making and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days a week for branch visits and community events.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $118,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role. We also offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package designed to support your overall well-being and success.
