Lexington Christian Academy is currently accepting applications for the anticipated position of Varsity Baseball Assistant Coach for the Spring 2026 season. LCA seeks coaches who are enthusiastic, responsible individuals with a desire to teach athletic and team skills to high school student athletes in the context of the LCA mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The coach will:

1. Serve as an athletic and spiritual mentor to LCA student athletes
2. Provide sport specific skills instruction to student-athletes
3. Support the Head Coach to:
   1. Align program values and culture with LCA core values and mission
   2. Develop and implement game strategies
   3. Coordinate and facilitate athlete strength and conditioning
   4. Coordinate team practices each weekday in-season (3:30 - 5:30 p.m.)
   5. Manage and facilitate practices and games

SCHEDULE AND WORKING CONDITIONS

This role is seasonal, 14 hours per week.
