<h3>Job Description</h3>
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Analyzing architectural drawings and specifications</li>
<li>Determining the appropriate material and labor costs</li>
<li>Estimating and processing order changes</li>
<li>Meeting with general contractors and architects</li>
<li>Generating new business</li>
<li>Maintain customer accounts</li>
<li>Assist with monthly billing as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience with estimating miscellaneous metal and light structural steel</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>
Hours are:
 
Monday through Friday - first shift – some flexibility
 
The salary is up to $90K a year based on experience
