Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for each student in the K-2 caseload.
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education.
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment tailored to the diverse needs of students.
