Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver high-quality RFPs, DDQs, and consultant reports that meet compliance standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with client and consultant relations teams to ensure marketing content aligns with organizational goals.
• Maintain and update accurate marketing and strategy information across various asset classes.
• Partner with investment and product teams to gain insights and enhance reporting materials.
• Provide ongoing support for consultant relations, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
• Utilize tools such as Loopio to streamline the proposal and reporting processes.
• Ensure all written materials are thorough, precise, and tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to the development of initiatives that improve the efficiency of reporting and proposal workflows.
• Stay informed about financial market trends and integrate relevant insights into reporting.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for career growth within the organization.• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in asset management or a related field.
• Expertise in producing RFPs, DDQs, and other client-centric reports.
• Strong analytical skills paired with excellent writing abilities.
• Solid knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in tools like Loopio or similar platforms for proposal management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain attention to detail.
• A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple priorities.
