Job Description:
• Provide Esthetic consultation and education to clients/patients regarding procedure to be performed, and select a procedure that best conforms to the needs of the client/patient
• Give clients an overview of the products that will be used during procedures
• Ask clients if they are allergic to any products or any medical history
• Facial treatments
• Administer facial masques and remove blackheads
• Perform exfoliation treatments and remove blackheads and unnecessary hair
• Perform skin toning procedures
• Carry out chemical peels and Hydrafacial treatments
• Recommend home care regimes for skin
• sell products to clients
• Prepare procedure rooms prior to each procedure
• Manage the overall inventory of products and order Esthetic supplies
• Ensure that all equipment used are cleaned and maintained at all times
• type and record client medical history and record all information in Carecloud
• Follow up on clients through telephone

Requirements

• The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills, and education:

• Must possess a valid Esthetician license

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to handle clients in difficult situations

• Must be dependable and on time

• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, as well as passionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable regarding the Esthetic industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Sales experience

• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills

• Ability to utilize new Esthetic techniques and ideas

• Excellent computer skills
