Common Man Roadside is HIRING Kitchen Supervisors for our Tru Hotel location in Manchester’s historic Millyard!
Open availability and flexibility with scheduling necessary for this role. Night and weekend shifts required.
**Starting rate for full-time supervisors is $22/hour** Actual pay rate dependent on experience.
The Kitchen Supervisor contributes to the success of the kitchen by supporting the management team with operational duties while developing their skills as a leader. This position is a developmental step into leadership and is an important piece of strengthening the kitchen team and providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities include overseeing food prep and production, inventory and ordering, training and coaching staff, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
