Role Overview
You'll be the strategic bridge between major customers and the internal teams that support them—owning communication, driving execution, and ensuring every commitment is delivered with precision. This position has real influence and plays a critical role in shaping customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and manage all account updates
- Prepare polished, reliable reports that leadership can trust
- Support revenue growth by developing or assisting with strategic quotations
- Process sales orders quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Coordinate workflows to meet customer deadlines without compromise
- Partner with outside sales for seamless post‑sale follow‑up
- Handle customer calls with confidence, clarity, and strong communication
- Address questions and concerns immediately, driving fast, effective resolutions
- Navigate pricing tools and policies with accuracy
- Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis to stay ahead of shifting requirements
- Participate in sales meetings, improvement initiatives, and strategic action items
- Lead customer review calls and follow‑up efforts
- Assist with escalations when needed
- Track and report on quotation activity, bookings, and other key metrics
- Support proposal development, marketing campaigns, and other sales‑driven projects
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associates or Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, strong attendance, and a reliable team‑first mindset

Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM Onsite
Salary Range:
- $105,000 - $125,000 commensurate with experience
