About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and responsible individual to join our team as a Childcare provider at Burn Boot Camp MetroWest in Framingham, MA. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a supportive and energetic fitness community while providing care for our members' children.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children while their parents participate in fitness classes
- Create a safe and fun environment for children of various ages
- Coordinate and lead age-appropriate activities and games
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's well-being
Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children in a childcare setting
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Patient, nurturing, and responsible demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize children's needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
