The Installer/Fabricator is an important role that not only requires that the installation plan be followed, but requires a problem solver who can ‘think on their feet’ to achieve desired results in the rare case when things don’t go exactly as planned. The Installer is comfortable with hand tools and focused on providing the solution the customer expects. We serve customers in NH, MA, VT and across New England and proudly have a 100% guarantee on our workmanship.
In addition to installing, the role also assists in the fabrication area, including cutting metal pipe, deburring, drilling, sanding, and electrostatic painting. The position also performs site measurements for new jobs, and helps with quality control, inspecting finished awnings for workmanship and adherence to shop drawings, and installs the mounting hardware as specified in the drawings.
The individual who thrives in this role is a person who can accept responsibility, loves to work outside year-round, can add, subtract, multiply and divide measurements in their head, is friendly, enjoys working with customers and coworkers, is open to new ideas and has a thirst for learning.

The minimum qualifications are:
· Proficient in use of power hand tools and measuring equipment
· Strong math skills - use of tape measure
· Problem-solving skills
· Comfortable on ladders
· Ability to lift 50 pounds above your head
· Safety focused
· OSHA 10 certification a plus
· Residential construction experience a plus
· Valid driver’s license with good driving record is required - our insurance company requires a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) be run prior to employment to assure individual can drive our company vans and pickup.
· Work normal hours of Monday - Friday, 7:30-4pm and flexible if an installation requires it
· Available for occasional overtime during peak times of April – June and September – November
· High School diploma or equivalent
