Role Description

These are 2 exceptional opportunities is a for Technical Sales Professionals based near Philadelphia, PA and Boston, MA.


Our Technical Sales Professionals manage client relationships, understand and meet customer requirements, and promote highly technical products and custom solutions to the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries.


Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, providing technical product information, and collaborating closely with internal teams and suppliers to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the role involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings and keeping pace with industry trends to guide strategic sales initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and account management
  • Strong understanding of technical products such as BioPharm Process Components, Single-Use Technologies, and process equipment
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements, provide solutions, and deliver technical product insights
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Background in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in technical sales or within Biotech, Pharmaceutical, or Specialty Chemical industries is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a results-driven team
