This is a stable, hybrid role based out of Worcester, MA.
As a Service Representative, you'll be key in providing outstanding service experiences to independent agents and policyholders, helping them with everything from policy changes and coverages to complex billing questions and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main goal is to deliver highly positive service experiences by:
· Handling Calls: Answering inbound calls from agents, policyholders, and field representatives.
· Policy Support: Accurately interpreting and verifying new and renewal policy transactions, coverages, and policy changes for agents.
· Billing Help: Responding to both simple and complex billing questions from agents and policyholders.
· Technical Support: Providing technical help and troubleshooting for agents and policyholders using our company systems.
· Communication: Clearly communicating underwriting guidelines to agents.
· Follow-Up: Timely managing pending items that require follow-up via email or outbound phone call.
· Teamwork: Partnering with others in Personal Lines to resolve policy or billing issues.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a customer service environment (call center or remote work experience is preferred).
· Driven to be proficient with service delivery and quality metrics, insurance policy concepts, billing practices and technical troubleshooting skills
· Comfortable navigating PCs and standard business software, and able to provide technical support and troubleshooting.
· Able to commit to the entirety of the virtual training program and receptive to coaching and feedback
