  • Accurately perform data entry and maintain up-to-date company information within our systems.

  • Prepare, format, and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and basic Excel functions.

  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to support a wide range of corporate service functions and special projects.

  • Utilize strong mathematical skills for various administrative tasks, including basic calculations and data verification.

  • Assist actively in the preparation and organization of Public Bidding Documents, ensuring all necessary components are in place.

  • Maintain an exceptionally organized and efficient office environment, supporting a productive workflow.

  • Demonstrate high dependability and a strong, proactive work ethic in all assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven prior office experience in a dedicated administrative support role is essential.

  • A highly collaborative and articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal abilities.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Outlook, and basic Excel for various office operations.
