Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Scheduling

Manage daily staffing needs, create schedules, and ensure smooth shift coverage

Train, coach, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver top-tier service

Foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team culture

Guest Experience & Relationship Building

Be a visible, welcoming presence in the dining room

Build strong relationships with regulars and new guests alike

Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

Engagement & Events

Organize and lead staff contests and incentives to boost morale

Plan and execute guest-facing events (e.g., private parties, tastings, holiday specials, themed nights)

Collaborate with marketing/social media teams to promote events and specials

Operational Excellence

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all front-of-house areas

Monitor service standards and address any gaps proactively

Work closely with kitchen and catering teams to coordinate seamless service
