$500.00 sign on bonus and another $500.00 bonus at your 6-month review!!

Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermonts designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.

We are seeking a Specialized Crisis Direct Support Professionalto join our Collaborative Crisis Team. Provide personalized crisis stabilization supports to diverse individuals. Supports may include emotional regulation, positive behavior supports, public safety, personal care, and support to engage in home, recreational, and community activities.

Candidates must have

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; crisis experience a plus.
  
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to work 24-hour shifts

Candidates will undergo background checks, must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
