Job DescriptionAssistant Property Manager – Affordable Housing (LIHTC)
Location: Yarmouth, MA
Looking to make an impact in affordable housing? Join BGSF for a contract/temporary assignment as an Assistant Property Manager at a LIHTC community. This is a great opportunity to use your property management expertise and help residents thrive!
Pay & Schedule:
- $23/hr
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations of an affordable housing property
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other regulatory requirements
- Process applications, certifications, and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
- Support leasing and occupancy goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in property management and affordable housing required
- LIHTC knowledge strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
