Job Description:
We are seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging instructor-led training (ILT) for diverse audiences across the organization. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to adapt to learner needs, and expertise in creating high-impact training materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate training, content development, and blended learning approaches while ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all deliverables.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Facilitate engaging in-person instructor-led training (ILT) sessions across multiple audiences and business functions.

Adapt facilitation style to match learner readiness, program objectives, and organizational needs.

Serve as the "voice of the learner,” collecting and applying feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.

Design and develop training assets, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, quick reference guides, and presentations.

Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and change management teams to simplify complex concepts into learner-friendly materials.

Apply adult learning principles, accessibility standards, and inclusive design practices.

Create blended learning paths using a mix of delivery methods to maximize learner engagement.

Adhere to organizational guidelines while independently managing content creation and delivery.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:

Corporate training experience (3 years).

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Proficiency with MS Office and audio/visual technology.

Ability to adapt quickly, ask for help when needed, and work independently as a self-starter.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice-to-Haves:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Experience with technical training.

Familiarity with e-learning design tools such as Articulate or similar platforms.
