Soliant is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapistto join a school district in Worcester, MA. We are currently conducting interviews and hiring for the 25/26 school year.

Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
- Onsite work during the 2025-2026school year

Job Requirements:
- A validState OT License is required, and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent is also required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose munication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide occupational therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
