This opportunity invites experienced paraprofessionals to support elementary students in grades 1 through 4 in a full-time, contract position. The role requires flexibility and dedication to fostering a positive learning environment within an elementary school setting.

Location: Nashua, NH
Schedule: Full time, approximately 32-35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Duration: Contract for the school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering instructional support tailored to the needs of students in grades 1-4
  • Provide individualized attention to students requiring additional assistance to promote academic growth and engagement
  • Support classroom management and help maintain a structured and safe learning environment
  • Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities with flexibility, responding to the dynamic needs of the classroom
  • Collaborate effectively with educators and staff to contribute to student success

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar role supporting elementary students
  • Ability to work effectively with children in grades 1-4
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers and staff
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing demands and schedules within the classroom
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational environment
