We are looking for experienced Resident Care Associates - RCA to join our dynamic team.

• Full or Part-Time.
• $17.50 to $21 per hour.

Resident Care Associates - RCA Qualifications:

• Must be a HHA or a CNA licensed in Massachusetts.
• Knowledge & experience with dementia a plus.

Resident Care Associates - RCA Job Summary:

• Provide direct care to residents in an assisted living environment.
• Assist with ADL's: personal hygiene or grooming, dressing, toileting, transferring or ambulating, and eating.
• Assist with medication reminders.
• Follow an individual service plan, treating each resident with respect and dignity while recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
• Foster a homelike atmosphere throughout the Assisted Living community.
