As a Special Education Teacher, you will serve K-12 students in self-contained, inclusion, or resource settings, providing customized instruction based on IEP goals. Youll collaborate with general education staff, support staff, and families to ensure each students academic, social, and emotional success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Deliver differentiated instruction and behavioral interventions

• Monitor student progress and municate outes with parents and staff

• Maintain pliance with federal and state regulations

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to create inclusive learning environments

Requirements:

• Valid New Hampshire Special Education certification

• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities

• Strong munication, organizational, and classroom management skills

• Passion for inclusive, student-centered teaching
