We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives experienced in the medical industry. Pharmaceutical and medical equipment sales professionals are encouraged to apply. Ged Lawyers LLP specialize in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and wrongful death. As an essential member of our team, you will primarily operate on the road or remotely from a home office, engaging with medical professionals in the Massachusetts area.

As the primary liaison between our firm and the medical community, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with doctors, medical practice owners, and office managers. Your focus will be on networking within various medical specialties, including but not limited to: Chiropractic, Orthopedic, Diagnostic, Hospitals, Urgent Care, Ambulatory and, Physical Therapists.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture authentic relationships within the medical community to generate new clients and opportunities.
  • Promote our firm's expertise and technology to medical providers through one-on-one meetings, and presentations.
  • Conduct field visits, and follow-ups as needed to ensure high productivity and achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with peers across territories to coordinate promotional efforts and share best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and reports as per company guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Outside Sales/Marketing; experience in pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on diplomacy and customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HubSpot).
