What you’ll be working on (and more)

You’ll lead structural bridge and concrete projects within heavy civil construction.

You’ll oversee schedules, productivity, and quality control.

You’ll ensure safety compliance on-site while guiding multiple crews.
What you’ll do day-to-day

Direct field operations on bridge/structural projects.

Supervise crews and subcontractors.

Track progress, manage reports, and enforce safety.

Coordinate with project managers and engineers.

What you bring

8+ years structural/civil construction supervision.
-
OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead multiple crews and enforce safety/quality.
