Job Title: Picker/Packer – Freezer Warehouse
Location: Framingham, MA
Compensation: $23.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a freezer setting. This position involves selecting and preparing orders with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to all safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from inventory
- Operate within a freezer environment (protective gear provided)
- Ensure correct labeling, packaging, and handling of all products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures
- Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving role
- Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Schedule:
- Full-time, consistent hours

- Freezer warehouse setting (sub-zero temperatures)
