Kitchen Manager Requirements & Responsibilities
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a culinary management role
- Highly organized with a focus on cleanliness, kitchen sanitation, and food production
- Must be skilled in butchery, scratch production, and woodfired cookery
- Point person and liaison for health department and vendors
- Organization and proper storage of walk-ins, production areas, and dry storage
- Leadership of prep team and line cooks
