Skilled Carpenter
We are seeking a dependable, experienced Carpenter to join our maintenance team at The Greenhouse, a high-rise apartment building located in the Back Bay.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry repairs and installations in apartment units and common areas
- Frame, hang, and repair drywall; install doors, trim, cabinets, and hardware
- Repair flooring, baseboards, and minor structural elements
- Work closely with maintenance and property management teams
- Respond to work orders and turnover projects in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter (residential or multifamily preferred)
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
- Ability to work well in a very fast paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Can work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, within an ever changing and highly competitive apartment rental
- Has solid customer service skills
