  • Communication & Materials: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, proposals, reports, and presentations with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Act as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office, building strong relationships and ensuring a professional, welcoming tone with staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics.
  • Strategic Projects: Support organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned, partnering with teams across the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in executive-level administrative support.
  • Experience working with C-Suite leaders or senior executives required.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A professional, adaptable, and reliable demeanor—balanced with a positive outlook and sense of humor.

Why Join

This role is more than just administrative support; it’s an opportunity to become a trusted partner in advancing the CEO’s priorities and the organization’s mission. You’ll work closely with leadership, gain insight into executive decision-making, and contribute to initiatives that have a meaningful impact.

They offer a supportive and collaborative team environment, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, retirement savings with employer match, and paid time off. You’ll also have access to professional development opportunities to grow your skills and career.

If you are detail-oriented, motivated by challenges, and eager to support impactful leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
