Job Description
Join a Growing Healthcare Support Firm Transforming HR into a Business Driver
Our client, a fast-growing healthcare services group, is hiring an HR & Talent Operations Associate to lead internal human resources functions while playing a key role in building out HR as a client-facing service. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on HR professional with a competitive mindset and strong organizational instincts - someone who thrives in a dual-role environment blending people operations and business development.
This is not a traditional HR seat. You’ll manage internal recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and policy development, while also working directly with internal healthcare clients to scope and deliver outsourced HR solutions. As part of a high-impact team, you’ll be empowered to create new systems, collaborate with leadership, and help shape HR as a scalable service line.
What’s in it for you:
- Base Salary: $75,000–$85,000
- Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Health Savings Account: $1,000 employer contribution
- 401(k): 5% Safe Harbor match
- Profit Sharing: 5% discretionary after one year
- Time Off: PTO, sick time, and paid holidays
- Perks: Free access to affiliated family practices, imaging, and surgical centers
- Location: Manchester, NH (100% onsite - local travel to client sites required)
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding for internal teams
- Maintain compliance, update HR documentation, and support employee relations
- Serve as a business partner to department leads on people-related matters
- Partner directly with clients to scope and deliver HR services, including recruitment, onboarding programs, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with leadership to define and scale client-facing HR offerings
- Coordinate external vendors or offshore support tied to HR service delivery
- Track HR KPIs and performance metrics to support business planning
- Assist in proposal development and onboarding for new HR service clients
Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent operations
- Strong communicator with a track record of leading HR processes end-to-end
- Comfortable working with internal teams and external client stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build systems from the ground up
- Experience in healthcare or professional services is a plus
