The HR Coordinator provides critical support across multiple areas of Human Resources, including benefits administration, onboarding, compliance tracking, recruiting logistics, and training coordination. This role ensures smooth HR operations and helps deliver a positive experience for employees and new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with benefits processes, including enrolling new hires, processing terminations, and reconciling monthly invoices.
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as sending paperwork, verifying I-9 documentation, and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Track compliance including performance review completion, I-9 filings, and offboarding checklists.
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and coordinating job fairs or events.
- Work with the Learning & Development team to schedule trainings, prepare materials, and track attendance.
- Maintain employee records, update directories, and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- 1 year (or internship) of experience in HR or administrative support, with exposure to benefits, recruiting, or onboarding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with HRIS or benefits platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
