The Stone Department Project Manager ensures a smooth handoff from sales to fabrication by managing project details, schedules, and material coordination. This office-based role involves close collaboration with the sales team and shop personnel to keep production accurate and on track.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Review job orders, templates, and customer specs to prepare work orders and cut sheets</li>
<li>Coordinate material needs with purchasing and track slab usage</li>
<li>Maintain production schedules and timelines</li>
<li>Serve as liaison between sales, production, and installation teams</li>
<li>Monitor project documentation for accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Identify and help implement process improvements</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in stone fabrication or a related industry preferred</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD or Moraware experience a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li>
