Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Norwood, MA! We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist that is fluent in English & Spanish. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting both employees and management by overseeing day-to-day HR functions. This role requires someone who is personable, results-driven, and highly organized. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while also collaborating with staff in an empathetic and professional manner.

We are seeking a driven and ambitious professional who wants to make a direct impact on the success of our clients organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain employee HR data systems

  • Manage and administer onboarding and offboarding programs

  • Develop and lead the recruiting process, including sourcing and hiring efforts

  • Research, draft, and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance and clear employee communication

  • Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts

  • Partner with managers on employee relations issues; proactively check in to ensure healthy team dynamics

  • Manage the performance review and merit increase program, including process updates and manager support

  • Ensure compliance with all labor, wage, and employment laws

  • Support business lines with HR expertise on initiatives such as organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession management

  • Establish and maintain accurate employee records, including payroll and benefits administration

  • Manage renewal of field crew licenses

Preferred Background & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of human resources experience

  • Experience in the construction industry or related non-union labor field (preferred)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills; highly motivated and results-oriented

  • Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to partner with and present to senior leaders

  • Proactive ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions

  • Spanish language proficiency



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
