Job Title: Full Time Owner Services/Reservations Representative Department: Reservations
Purpose of position
This position is responsible for data entry of all reservations, collection of maintenance fees, sale of rental rooms and incoming guest questions and correspondence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Phone calls, emails and fax correspondence.
- Working with Owners understanding/managing their ownership.
- Complete space bank requests via RCI through Resort Link.
- Data entry for reservations.
- Collection of maintenance fees.
- Filing, Faxing and other general office duties.
- Special projects as required or assigned by supervisor.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must be passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Must have a professional appearance and good hygiene.
- Must be pleasant, polite, courteous and hospitable.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Must have flexible availability.
- Should display good organizational and time management skills.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to multi task and change direction if needed, quickly.
- Should display an advanced knowledge of TSW system.
