Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to support the mental health and educational development of students within a dynamic school environment in White River Junction, VT. This role involves traveling to various school sites, providing comprehensive psychological services tailored to the diverse needs of children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student success.
  • Implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed records and comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, Psychology, or related field.
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Experience working in educational settings with children and adolescents.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to different school locations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
