Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO
- Manage calendars, communications, and logistics for meetings and events
- Coordinate and track strategic initiatives and special projects
- Prepare reports, presentations, and materials with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Interest in technology, AI, and systems optimization
