Job Description
The Client Partner will be responsible for partnering with senior leadership to refine, build upon and execute the established strategic plan, focusing on Target Client Acquisition, industry verticals, and business partnerships. They will represent the company in public forums, conferences, events, and professional organizations and maintain and develop strategic relationships with technology and business partners.
Job Duties
- Monitor and report on sales pipeline health, lead performance, active pursuits, in-flight deals, and commensurate sales bookings and revenue projections.
- Actively monitor the marketplace and analyze new and existing opportunities, providing competitive strategies and tactics to increase the organization's market share.
- Mentor junior sales resources regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products and services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure that sales quotas and other KPI's are reached at an individual level.
- Maintain strong connections with customers to ensure that their needs are factored into product and service development and enhancement cycles.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing teams as needed to align messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving sales bookings and revenue objectives.
- Lead and conduct virtual presentations, leveraging web-based tools to convert leads to customers.
- Participate in contract negotiations and ensure that all contracts and paperwork are completed and returned accurately and timely.
- Organize and conduct weekly sales meetings to compare actual performance to sales projections and targets.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in selling services and driving revenue growth selling enterprise technology products and services
- Proven sales skills in a quota-driven environment
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product and services development, marketing, and partnerships
- Experience designing and implementing data-driven decisions based on industry, business, and other performance metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft and execute complex business strategies effectively
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in business administration or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience in the application managed services field.
- Experience in an early-stage, fast-growing environment.
- Experience selling in the SAP ecosystem.
Base Salary$130,000—$170,000 USDCompany Benefits
