We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (or Project Engineer, depending on experience) to support our project management team and contribute to our continued responsible growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with day‐to‐day project administration
- Coordinate project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change requests, and inspection reports
- Assist with project buyout and subcontract administration
- Help develop and update project schedules
- Track project progress and assist in problem-solving
- Spend time both in the office and on the jobsite supporting project teams
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction (APM or PE experience a plus)
- Previous on-site experience strongly preferred
- Ability to learn and utilize construction management software:

- Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Bluebeam
- Sage 300
- Fieldwire
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
